Home inspection report electrical repairs
Send us the electrical section of a home inspection report, for your own house or a client's, and we will give you a free estimate. Serving Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers and the rest of Hamilton County.
Chapter 01
Reading the electrical section of your inspection report
Inspection reports list electrical findings the way a home inspector sees them: an ungrounded outlet, a panel with double-tapped breakers, missing AFCI or GFCI protection, aluminum branch wiring, an open splice in the attic. We read the report the way an electrician reads it, sort what is a real safety item from what is boilerplate language, and quote the actual scope rather than every line at once.
Send us the report, homeowner or realtor, and we will give you a free estimate on the electrical portion before you commit to anything.

Three breaker panels being wired on a Hamilton County electrical job
Why Marion County requires a licensed electrician
Marion County and some other Indiana municipalities require a licensed electrician to do this specific kind of work, the repairs that bring a home up to code off an inspection report. That is not a formality: it means the fix has to be done by someone who can actually pull the permit and stand behind the work, not a handyman patch that fails the re-inspection.
A free estimate, on a realtor's timeline
A closing deadline does not move for a slow electrician. Once we have the report we turn the estimate around fast enough to fit a normal escrow window, and we schedule the repair work itself around your close date rather than our own convenience. If you are a realtor working several inspection reports at once, send them all and we will keep the timelines straight.

Beyond the panel line item
An inspection punch list rarely stops at one line
A report that flags the panel often flags the lighting circuits it feeds too. Recessed and pendant fixtures, an outlet added without a permit, a switch that was never labeled correctly: we clear the whole electrical section in one visit where we can, so you are not scheduling a second contractor for the item the first report missed.
This is the same crew that handles everyday residential repairs across Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield and Zionsville, so the work meets the same standard whether it came from a homeowner's call or a realtor's inspection report.
