We are an authorized Generac dealer, which means we install, service and repair the full range Generac makes, from a unit that carries the whole house through an outage to a smaller system built to hold the essential circuits: the furnace, the sump pump, the refrigerator, a few lights and outlets. Which one is right depends on what your panel actually carries, not on the biggest number in the brochure.

Load calculation and where the transfer switch goes
Before we quote a generator we run a load calculation against your panel, the same discipline we use for an EV charger or a panel upgrade. That number decides whether you need whole-home capacity or essential-circuit backup is enough, and it decides where the automatic transfer switch has to sit relative to your existing service.
The install itself has to be done to code, not just wired to run: proper clearances from windows and doors, a housing set where it will actually stay dry and serviceable, and a transfer switch that isolates the generator from utility power correctly so the system is safe for a lineworker as well as for your household.
Maintenance and repair after the sale
A standby generator that has never been serviced is a generator you are trusting without evidence. We handle the ongoing maintenance and repair after the install, not just the sale, so the unit is actually ready the next time Hamilton County loses power rather than the first time you find out it was not.
